With over 25 years of experience in yoga and movement, I guide each class with precision and attention. I observe how the body moves and how the breath supports it. This creates space without forcing.
I work with people of different ages, backgrounds and physical conditions. I adapt each session to what is present in the moment. The practice stays structured, but flexible. It remains accessible and respectful of individual needs.
Classes take place in a quiet open-air setting by the ocean. The environment supports a slower rhythm. Breathing becomes more visible. Movement feels more connected.

My background also includes many years as a diving instructor. This experience deepened my understanding of breath control, pressure and the relationship between body and environment.
