My Yoga class follows the guidelines of Carla Baruchello the creator of the Yoga Sensibile method.
Yoga Sensibile is a unique yoga practice accessible to everyone, regardless of age or health condition. It is a gentle and effective method developed from 30 years of study and blending techniques from Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, postural techniques, physiokinesiotherapy reeducation, and respiratory rehabilitation.
At its core, Yoga Sensibile emphasizes deep self-awareness, serving as a personal guide to freedom based on each individual’s unique experiences. This practice transcends physical activity, fostering harmony physically, mentally, and spiritually in a subtle yet profound way.
The goal of Yoga Sensibile is to unify body and mind, enhancing sensitivity through breath control and focused concentration during exercises that lead to mastering yoga postures (Asanas). Over time, this training deepens awareness, offering insights into personal physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Yoga Sensibile instructors prioritize foundational exercises, gradually guiding each student to realize and strengthen their potential, always considering individual physical and psychological conditions. Yoga Sensibile instructors are thoroughly trained, with a comprehensive and rigorous three-year program led personally by the method’s founder, Carla Baruchello, covering all aspects of yoga.
